Support patients and healthcare clients as the first point of contact for Corstrata’s virtual wound and ostomy services. Handle calls, emails, texts, forms and messaging; coordinate appointments and referrals; and resolve or escalate service issues.
Provide virtual assessment and consultation for patients with wounds, ostomies and related gastrointestinal, genitourinary and skin conditions. Deliver wound and ostomy nursing care, patient and clinician education, and counseling.
